ZGRAIA orders are delivered throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker or to your address. International delivery via Nova Poshta is also available. The terms and timings of international delivery depend on the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an express waybill number (TTN). You can use it to track the parcel in the Nova Poshta app or on their website.
